What Information is Collected
We receive and store information, including non-public personally identifiable information (hereafter referred to as "Personal Informaiton" such as your name, addresss, email address, telephone number), you enter on our Web site or give us in any other way. Some Personal Information is required to participate in the service, and some Personal Information is optional. In general, required information is indicated. We do not store credit card information.

 

How Your Information is Used
We use Personal Information to personalize your experience and to administer the service to which you subscribe. Campus Home Exchange will not share or sell your Personal Information. We may disclose non-personal information, but only in accordance with applicable law.

You will periodically receive information from Campus Home Exchange about your service. You may choose to opt-in or opt-out of receiving informational or promotional emails from Campus Home Exchange. If you do not wish to receive e-mail or other mail from us, please indicate this in the profile section of your account. You can also unsubscribe or “opt out” of receiving emails you had previously agreed to in the profile section of your account by clicking on the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any email from Campus Home Exchange.

 

Automatic Information: We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. You can access and modify information that you provided to us by logging into CampusHomeExchange.com and clicking on account in the top right of screen.

The Security of Your Information
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.

We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to log out of Campus Home Exchange when finished using a shared computer.
